I believe you enjoy morning meal on a regular basis. The reality is that morning meal is the most essential meal of the day. A recent study shows that if you skip breakfast, it boosts your chance of developing heart attack by above a quarter. In this research which expanded over 16 years, US scientists evaluated diet and way of living of 45 and more years old male health professionals. They determined that those who missed their breakfast continuously faced 27 per cent more likely to suffer, and die, from a heart attack or coronary heart disease. Another matter concerning this high risk group of men was that they happened to be more likely to smoke, drink more alcohol, be single and to be less physically active. Nevertheless, these elements and others, such as body weight, medical record and general diet quality, were accounted for. "Skipping breakfast may lead to one or more risk factors, including obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes, which may in turn lead to a heart attack over time. Don't skip breakfast. Eating breakfast is associated with a decreased risk of heart attacks. Incorporating many types of healthy foods into your breakfast is an easy way to ensure your meal provides adequate energy and a healthy balance of nutrients, such as protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. For example, adding nuts and chopped fruit to a bowl of whole grain cereal or steel-cut oatmeal in the morning is a great way to start the day." – Dr Leah Cahill, Harvard School of Public Health in Boston ...
